Refund Policy

Refunds on Waxing and other treatments

​Refunds of Deposits:

When booking your treatment you are securing your timeslot on the date you have specified. Refunds for deposits are available up to 24 hours prior to your booking, and will be processed promptly. After this your deposit will not be refunded. You can also move your booking up to 24 hours prior, but after this period has elapsed then a new booking and deposit will be required. 

Oak and Stone operates a 3 strike policy. If you no show your appointment 3 times, any subsequent bookings you make will be cancelled without warning so as to free up the spaces for other clients. 

Oak and Stone also has a zero tolerance approach to inappropriate behaviour. If you act in this manner or ask for "extras" that Oak and Stone DO NOT provide then you will be warned at first, if you continue then your treatment will stop, you will be charged for the treatment in full and you will be blocked from booking in the future.

As stated on the homepage, if you are entitled to a discount, your deposit will be taken into effect and the final balance payable will be less your deposit and discount combined.
