Deposits
Oak and Stone requires a 10% deposit when booking a treatment. This is to both secure your booking as yours and to protect the business from no shows (people who don't turn up).
Please know though that if you're entitled to a discount, your deposit will be taken into effect when paying at the end of your treatment.
If you'd like to book your next treatment at the end of your current one in person no deposit will be required.
